Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6-8 bacon slices
  • 8 oz shredded cheese
  • 8 pickle slices
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 ½ tsp hamburger seasoning (I used Adams Burgers, Fries and More Seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ketchup, mustard, and ranch for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Cook bacon slices until crispy appropriately 5 minutes per side. Remove bacon from pan but leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease.
  • In same pan with the bacon grease, Cook the ground beef until no longer pink - about 10 minutes. Add the hamburger seasoning or just salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain any remaining grease and return cooked ground beef to pan. Chop cooked bacon into bits and mix with ground beef. Saute for 1-2 mins to mix flavors.
  • Open the refrigerator biscuit tube and separate each biscuit. Use your fingers or the back of a spoon to gently flatten each biscuit until it is about 1/4 inch think.
  • Layer 1 pickle, 1 tbsp beef/bacon mixture, and 1 tbsp shredded cheese on top of flattened biscuits.
  • Gently fold edges of biscuit over toppings toward the middle. Each Cheeseburger Biscuit Bomb should look like a little dumpling. Place the biscuits FOLD SIDE DOWN on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with 1 teaspoon of garlic salt. Use a basting brush and cover the top of your biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake this delicious recipe for 12-16 minutes or until the top of the biscuits are nicely browned. Remove from oven and let sit for 2-3 minutes to cool. Serve with ketchup, mustard, or ranch for dipping!
