Owl Rice Cakes

A delicious no-bake breakfast recipe that kids and adults will love. Easy to make with bananas, blueberries, apple slices and nut butter, Owl Rice Cakes are a creative and nutritious way to get even your pickiest eaters to eat their fruit. Make adorable owls on rice cakes, pancakes, toast, bagels, and more!

Ingredients

  • Rice cakes
  • Peanut Butter- any nut butter or cream cheese will work
  • Fruit- bananas, blueberries, apple slices, strawberries, melon slices
  • Cheerios or sliced almonds for the feathers

Instructions

  • Spread peanut butter on one side of the rice cake.
  • Use banana slices and blueberries to make the eyes.
  • Add thin apple slices to each side of the rice cake for wings.
  • Add 5-6 Cheerios in the center for "feathers".
  • Cut 3 small pizza shaped wedges of melon or apple for the beak and feet.
  • Enjoy immediately!
