Total Time 2 hours 10 minutes
Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas (cut in half and peeled)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or yogurt flavor of your choice)
  • Cake Sprinkles (crushed nuts are also a great option)
  • 6 Popsicle Sticks
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  • Cut the bananas in half and peel.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into the center of the cut bananas.
  • Dip the bananas into the yogurt. I used a butter knife to help cover the whole banana.
  • Sprinkle the bananas with the toppings of your choice.
  • After dipping, place the decorated bananas onto the baking sheet you prepared earlier.
  • Place the bananas in the freezer until frozen (2 hours is usually good). Once frozen, you can also store them in a freezer safe bag or container until you’re ready for a cold snack.

Notes

  • When choosing bananas, find ones that are ripe but firm.  It makes them a lot easier to work with.
  • Before starting, make sure the baking sheet fits in the freezer.
  • You may want to place a bowl under the bananas while you sprinkle to save yourself a mess to clean up.
