Ingredients
3Bananas(cut in half and peeled)
1 1/2CupsVanilla Greek Yogurt(or yogurt flavor of your choice)
Cake Sprinkles(crushed nuts are also a great option)
6Popsicle Sticks
Parchment Paper
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Cut the bananas in half and peel.
Insert a popsicle stick into the center of the cut bananas.
Dip the bananas into the yogurt. I used a butter knife to help cover the whole banana.
Sprinkle the bananas with the toppings of your choice.
After dipping, place the decorated bananas onto the baking sheet you prepared earlier.
Place the bananas in the freezer until frozen (2 hours is usually good). Once frozen, you can also store them in a freezer safe bag or container until you’re ready for a cold snack.
Notes
When choosing bananas, find ones that are ripe but firm. It makes them a lot easier to work with.
Before starting, make sure the baking sheet fits in the freezer.
You may want to place a bowl under the bananas while you sprinkle to save yourself a mess to clean up.
