This no-bake recipe makes for a manageable snack that cute little hands can help with, even when you don’t want to turn the oven on. How to Make Frozen Banana Yogurt Pops

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  • Cut the bananas in half and peel.

These delicious frozen banana yogurt pops are my kids favorite snack to have on a hot summer day. They are so easy to make and you can keep some prepped in the freezer for when you're need a tasty treat.

  • Insert a popsicle stick into the center of the halved bananas. 
  • Dip the bananas into the yogurt. I used a butter knife to help cover the whole banana.

Frozen banana yogurt bites are a delicious snack the whole family will love! We like to use vanilla greek yogurt but you can use plain or any other fun flavor of yogurt and with the toppings the options are endless. If your more of a sweets person add on some cake sprinkles or if you're like me and like more of the sweet and salty sprinkle on nuts like, walnuts peanuts or crushed almonds

  • Sprinkle the bananas with the toppings of your choice. The kids chose rainbow sprinkles and I chose crushed peanuts. You may want to place a bowl under the bananas while you sprinkle to save yourself a mess to clean up.

At first I started making these for my older kids and then as I watched my teething 8 month old drool while watching her brothers eat their pops, I thought “Hey, she would probably love the cold pop on her gums.” So I made one for her using plain greek yogurt. She couldn’t get enough of it!! So if you have a little teether, give these a try (just be sure to remove the popsicle stick as the pop starts to melt).

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas (cut in half and peeled)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or yogurt flavor of your choice)
  • Cake Sprinkles (crushed nuts are also a great option)
  • 6 Popsicle Sticks
  • Parchment Paper

Notes

  • When choosing bananas, find ones that are ripe but firm.  It makes them a lot easier to work with.
  • Before starting, make sure the baking sheet fits in the freezer.
  • You may want to place a bowl under the bananas while you sprinkle to save yourself a mess to clean up.
