Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F and grease a large metal sheet pan. We use an 11x17-inch pan and it seems to work well.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry pancake mix, eggs, and milk until combined.
Pour the batter onto your prepared sheet pan and place it in the center rack of your preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the pancakes are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the pancakes into individual portions.
Enjoy with maple syrup or any of your favorite pancakes toppings!
Notes
Want to use a different brand of pancake mix? No problem! Double your favorite boxed pancake mix according to the package directions, or use your own homemade recipe.
Need some topping inspiration? Try fresh berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, M&Ms, nuts, cinnamon, or festive sprinkles for holidays and birthdays. You could even try bacon or ground sausage for a unique savory twist! Or, how about a swirl of Nutella or peanut butter?
Get creative and top each half differently so everyone gets a little something they love.
