Ingredients
4chicken breasts 1½-2 pounds
8ozsoftened cream cheese
⅓cupmayonnaise
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
2tbspranch seasoning mix
8pieces cooked & crumbled bacon
garlic powder & black pepper to taste(optional)
Instructions
If you don't already have your bacon cooked, go ahead and cook that with your preferred method and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a medium size bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, ranch seasoning mix, 1½ cups of cheddar (reserving ½ cup for later), and HALF of your crumbled bacon. You can also include any other additional spices to the mix that you'd like such as garlic powder or black pepper.
Evenly spread the mixture over your chicken breasts in your prepared pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top and bake, uncovered, until your chicken reaches 165°F and is no longer pink. If you have large, thick breasts that need longer to bake, I'd consider covering or tenting your dish with foil for part of the cooking time.
Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes and then top with your remaining bacon. Enjoy with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes!
Notes
For added nutrition, I like to serve this creamy chicken with avocado, salad, or a side of veggies such as broccoli or green beans. Anything green!
