Get ready for cuteness overload! These playful little candy turkeys might just be the cutest Thanksgiving treat at your next fall party. Plus, they’re ridiculously easy to put together with just a handful of your favorite candies, a salty pretzel, and a little melted chocolate to hold everything together. The result is a sweet and salty, bite-sized Thanksgiving treat that everyone will adore.
The melted chocolate Rolo does all the work! No frosting or complicated decorating skills. Simply soften the Rolos in the oven just enough to get the chocolate nice and gooey, then let the kids have fun assembling their little turkeys. The chocolate acts like edible glue, holding the candy corn feathers, pretzels, and candy eyes together. They’re sweet, silly, and surprisingly easy to make!

Ingredients Needed
- mini pretzel twists
- Rolo candies
- candy corn
- Reese’s Pieces
- candy eyes

How To Make Rolo Pretzel Turkeys
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 8-12 pretzel twists onto the parchment paper. The larger the batch, the faster you have to work before the chocolate hardens.
- Place an unwrapped Rolo near the bottom of each pretzel, leaving room behind it to support the candy corn feathers.
- Bake for about 1-2 minutes, just enough time to soften the chocolate.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press 3 candy corn pieces into the top of each Rolo to create feathers.
- Add two candy eyes and a Reese’s Pieces for the beak.
- Let the chocolate set for about 20 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate to speed things up.
- Repeat the process to make more! You just don’t want to make more in a batch than you can handle decorating before the chocolate hardens.

These sweet and salty, bite-sized turkey treats are a fun activity to do with older kids leading up to Thanksgiving. Make a whole flock for your Thanksgiving dessert table, bring them to a classroom fall party, package them up for gifts, or serve them as a cute after-school snack. They’re easy, inexpensive, and delicious, with just the right combination of crunchy pretzels, chewy caramel, and chocolate.

- mini pretzels twists
- Rolo candies (unwrapped)
- candy corn

Instructions
- You can make as many of these as you'd like, but I recommend working in small batches so that the chocolate doesn't harden before you have a chance to apply the candy.
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 8-12 pretzel twists onto the parchment paper. The larger the batch, the faster you have to work before the chocolate hardens.

- Bake for about 1-2 minutes, just enough time to soften the chocolate without it melting.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press 3 candy corn pieces into the top of each Rolo to create feathers, being careful not to slide the chocolate off the pretzel.
- Add two candy eyes and a Reese’s Pieces for the beak, pressing them in just slightly.
- Let the chocolate set for about 20 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for 5–10 minutes to speed things up.
