How To Make Rolo Pretzel Turkeys

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place 8-12 pretzel twists onto the parchment paper. The larger the batch, the faster you have to work before the chocolate hardens.
  3. Place an unwrapped Rolo near the bottom of each pretzel, leaving room behind it to support the candy corn feathers.
  4. Bake for about 1-2 minutes, just enough time to soften the chocolate.

  6. Add two candy eyes and a Reese’s Pieces for the beak.
  7. Let the chocolate set for about 20 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate to speed things up.
  8. Repeat the process to make more! You just don’t want to make more in a batch than you can handle decorating before the chocolate hardens.
