The kind of lunch that looks fun but takes almost no effort to make! These tortilla pinwheels are cold, easy, and ready in about 5 minutes with just a handful of simple ingredients. The store-bought seasoned cream cheese spread adds tons of flavor without any extra prep. Just spread, layer, roll, and slice!
Kids especially love these little roll-ups because they’re an exciting change from the same old sandwich. They’re perfect for school lunch boxes, after-school snacks, work lunches, picnics, or busy days at home when you need something fast, simple, tasty, and with no cooking required!

Ingredients Needed
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 6+ slices turkey
- chopped romaine lettuce
- any flavored cream cheese spread (or make your own)

Choosing Your Spread
The cream cheese does double duty in this recipe! It adds lots of flavor while also acting as the “glue” that helps hold your pinwheels together. Since the flavor you choose can really change the overall taste, I recommend sticking with a savory spread like Chive & Onion or Garden Vegetable. You can also easily make your own flavored spread by mixing plain cream cheese with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, or any of your favorite herbs and seasonings.

How To Make Turkey Cheddar Roll-Ups

- Spread about 2 ounces of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla, all the way to the edges.
- Top with chopped lettuce, 2 slices of cheese, and 2–4 slices of turkey, keeping the cheese and turkey close to one side.
- Starting on the filled side, tightly roll the tortillas into a log. Add a little extra cream cheese to the edge if needed to help seal it. If you plan on serving later, place them in plastic wrap and store in your fridge to cut later.
- Once ready to eat or pack in a lunch box, cut each roll in half, then slice each half into 5 pieces, discarding or eating the unfilled ends.
Switch things up with your favorite deli meat and cheese! Ham, bacon, chicken, roast beef, Swiss, provolone, pepper jack, etc. You could also add other ingredient such as avocado, tomato, shredded carrots, peppers, ranch dressing, and any kind of crunchy lettuce.

What we love most about this easy lunch is that it’s super easy to customize for picky eaters, so everyone can have their roll-ups exactly how they like them. They’re just perfect for school or work lunches, sleepovers, snacks, and even parties. Everyone loves handheld food!
