  • You can use any kind of flour tortilla for this recipe including white flour or whole wheat. You could also try almond butter for a healthier twist!  
  • A lot of quesadillas are toasted with butter, but because this recipe is already loaded with peanut butter, it really doesn't need the added fat. It's definitely an option, though!
